Since 1984, the Santa Barbara Apple Users Group (SBAUG)1 has sponsored events which support and encourage the exchange of information that promotes the effective use of hardware and software products manufactured by Apple, Inc and related 3rd party software & hardware products.  SBAUG hosts general meetings that are open to the public that feature question-and-answer help sessions; presentations by computer product developers and members from the local computing community.  Through informative meetings, our ever active & insightful email list-service [discussion group] and this website, the SBAUG informs, educates, and brings together Apple Mac, iPod, iPhone and iPad enthusiasts of all ages and skill levels, novice to advanced.

Benefits Of Membership In SBAUG2 Non
Attend general meetings* that feature question-and-answer help sessions; presentations & occasional break-out sessions.
* Meetings are open to all but you are encouraged to become a member if you find them useful & fun!
Each member who attends a general meeting gets 2 complimentary tickets for the members-only drawing for $100 Apple store gift card.  When you renew an annual membership, or become a new member at the meeting – you get a 3rd ticket!
Members that attend the general meeting can purchase additional tickets for the drawing.  
‘Feature Presentation’ Five-Ticket Reward – members that pre-arrange with Executive Board to provide a feature presentation during a general meeting, will receive five [5] extra tickets for the same-month drawing.
‘New Member Five-Ticket Reward –  Members who bring a guest to a General Meeting who subsequently joins the organization will receive five [5] tickets for the ‘joined’ month’s drawing.
